Wardrobe Wednesday
Recently, I posted a ‘behind-the-scenes’ photo to Instagram and Facebook of a photo shoot I under took. Well, I am happy to report I can now reveal the shoot and photos to you.
I decided that seeing I have started this fashion/beauty/lifestyle blog, that I should probably have some professional looking photos up my sleeve to spruce the website up a bit and make things look a little bit more professional. So I enlisted the help of Selina Ferrais from Scribbly Inc. Photography in Bundaberg (while she was in Brisbane) to take a few photos of me in a couple of outfits. Selina was absolutely legendary with her photographic genius. I would completely recommend her to anyone needing professional photography services. You can contact her via the details at the bottom of this post.
What I want to do is share those photos with you over the next couple of days and let you decide which one you think should be the profile shot for the website, Facebook, Instagram and Linked In.
Here is choice number 1…. I call it The Tropical Kimono as that’s exactly what I am wearing from Target Australia. The Tropical Kimono Cover Up. I bought this kimono along with the matching one-piece halter neck togs to take to Hawaii for New Year’s Eve 2016. I decided I loved the print too much to keep it in the cupboard until I leave so I’ve been giving it a few test runs before I go. It was originally designed (and purchased) as a togs cover up, but I wear it for more than just that. I seem to get many compliments when I pop it on so it has now become one of my wardrobe favourites. I’ve teamed the kimono up with jeggings from Crossroads and a white shirt and cami from BeMe (last year).
Now you might prefer the current profile pic I am using (let’s call it choice number 2) as the winning shot for the profile photo, and that’s ok too. In that one I am wearing a black jumpsuit from Crossroads with a black sequin bolero from Dream Diva.
But don’t go voting just yet! Over the next week, I will post two more outfits that you can choose from. Keep an eye out for those on Instagram, Facebook and here on the blog for those.
So what do you think of the tropical kimono look, Sistas?
